Flat Creek Estate has a wonderful bistro open Friday and Saturday nights and we enjoyed a delicious dinner paired with Flat Creek wine. We then headed back to the barrel room and tasting room to conclude our podcast. Tim showed us how Tempranillo from different parts of Texas can taste differently including Tempranillo from the Hill Country, High Plains, and East Texas with Kiepersol Estates Winery.
